1. Services

YOBO provides a post-purchase voucher redemption platform that enables customers to redeem pre-paid entertainment vouchers for specific dates and times through third-party partner booking systems. Our services include voucher management, date/time booking facilitation, and related customer support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify YOBO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. YOBO is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Voucher Redemption

Vouchers are pre-paid entertainment packages purchased through authorized distributors. Redemption is subject to availability with our partner venues and attractions. YOBO facilitates the booking process but does not guarantee availability for any specific date, time, or experience. All vouchers are subject to their individual terms, conditions, and expiration dates as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments processed through the YOBO platform are handled by third-party payment processors (including PayPal and Square). YOBO does not store credit or debit card numbers on its servers. Refund policies are governed by the terms of the original voucher purchase and the applicable merchant or distributor policies. Contact YOBO customer service for assistance with refund requests.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its systems;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with the platform;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the service;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Share, transfer, or resell voucher barcodes except as authorized.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the YOBO platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of YOBO (Your Own Box Office) and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

YOBO integrates with third-party partner booking systems to facilitate voucher redemption. YOBO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. By using YOBO to book through a partner system, you acknowledge that your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be shared with the applicable partner to fulfill your booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YOBO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. YOBO's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific voucher or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The YOBO platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. YOBO disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. YOBO does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YOBO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Privacy

Your use of the YOBO platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. Data Retention

YOBO retains customer and transaction data for the duration of the business relationship and as required by applicable law, accounting standards, and regulatory obligations. Operational logs (API logs, system tokens, session data) are automatically purged on short retention cycles. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

14. Modifications to Terms

YOBO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

16. Termination

YOBO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
