The Wizard of Oz at Sphere...a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience that will take audiences on THE epic journey they know and love via cutting-edge technologies that enrich this classic film in ways they never imagined possible. 

The original 1939 film, The Wizard of Oz, will be presented as a fully immersive experience for Sphere. In collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery; Google; and Magnopus, Sphere will use cutting-edge technologies to enhance the original film. 

The Wizard of Oz at Sphere will maintain the integrity of the original while pushing the boundaries of Sphere's experiential medium.

The Wizard of Oz at Sphere will transport audiences, making them feel like they are traveling down the yellow brick road alongside Dorothy and her friends on an adventure in Oz. The film experience will fill Sphere’s 160,000 sq. ft. interior display plane, which wraps up, over and around the audience to create a fully immersive visual environment.
